Life can feel overwhelming sometimes; anxiety, stress, or big life changes can leave you feeling stuck or unsure where to turn. I’m here to help you sort through it all and find a way forward.
As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, I bring not only clinical training but also a unique life perspective. After 25 years as a military spouse living in many different places, I’ve learned so much about people, culture, and what makes each of us unique.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, moral injury, mood disorders, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, and life transitions. My approach is holistic and strengths-based, drawing from therapies like CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Humanistic Therapy.
Most importantly, I believe therapy is a team effort. I show up with warmth, honesty, and compassion to help you tap into your strengths, set meaningful goals, and create real change in your life.
